You may request access to or correction of your personal information and may request account deletion, subject to records we must retain for childcare, safety, payment, tax, contract, dispute, or other legal purposes. You can manage your account settings or contact us for assistance.

Account Deletion and Retention

When you confirm account deletion, we immediately disable sign-in, invalidate active sessions and push tokens, and remove profile contact details, OAuth identifiers, and stored payment references from your DaycareConnect account.

Remaining account-linked content is scheduled for further anonymization after our standard retention period, which is normally 90 days, unless a legal hold applies. Messages, reviews, notifications, bookings, enrollments, waitlist entries, attendance, and daily-report content associated only with the deleted account are anonymized during this process.

Childcare, medical, safety, payment, tax, signed-contract, and provider-held records, including media needed by another guardian or childcare provider, may be retained for longer where the ongoing care relationship or law requires it. Access remains limited to authorized guardians, providers, and platform staff with a legitimate need.
